Carl Froch. Going into a fight with a cracked rib is nuts but highlights his massive desire to succeed (unless he's telling porkies in which case he's a total tit).
Any young fighter who is just setting off in the pro ranks and who dreams of becoming a world champ, and who is prepared to put the work in is as hungry as any of the established stars.

Both haye and froch are not wasting time, climbing the ladder and fighting the Elite in their back yards.
