who will montiel be fighting next, he should fight mijares later this year, he has been on a good winning streak and done that with early rounds KO, i might actually pick him if he fights mijares now ASAP.

Don't hate ... Mijares isn't that good and his chin hasn't been tested.

You're an old ESB buddy, I like you generally, even though you seek to take shots at me for being an extremist at times. You aren't a blasphemer, you're just a lost soul who hasn't found the one true God yet in Cristian Mijares, you will after he schools Montiel, you'll be a believer, then we'll go Bloody Mary style on Fitzgeraldz and run him off.:good

We'll see what Amsterdam is saying once he sees Mijares kissing the canvas and Montiel announced as the new undisputed super flyweight champion ...

We ought to take the guys you pick to win and bet against them, as we'd have an 80-90% chance of winning the bets, like Teddy Atlas.

Thank for confirming that Mijares schools Montiel here my friend and keep those picks coming.:good

I only deal in absolute, Montiel cannot be victorious. Then you will convert to Cristianity and preach the word of your god.

It will be a "stay-busy" fight for Mijares next. I cannot believe that that crazy MF'er Arce wants to get back in the ring with Mijares though......talk about suicide :nut

Just a few more weeks and the god-King Gamboa returns to give us a supernatural display, can't wait until we sign him in as 'your Majesty, honorable King Yuriorkis'.

Most of my predictions come true ... check my past posts ...

I think that Mijares is too stiff and his chin hasn't been tested while Montiel has made an attempt to step up in weight and IMO beat Jhonny Gonzales.

The same Gonzales that dropped Israel Vasquez ...

I think that Mijares hasn't been in there with stiff competition.

Montiel lost to (2) champions - Mark "too sharp" Johnson and Jhonny Gonzales. He's never been knocked out --

Mijares drew with Maldonado ... and Montiel knocked him out ... i'm sure Montiel does the same to Navarro.

Compare Mijares' 40% KO ratio to Montiel's 75% ... Montiel has speed, savvy, and can box very well.

And for the record only bad prediction I made was Gomez over Cotto and I have a legit reason for that.

Thats a pretty bad choice there though; that counts for 10 picks worth in my book. Aren't you picking Gomez over Khan too? Or is that someone else....

Montiel has made 8 successful defenses of his title while Mijares has made 6 ... and Mijares has never fought at Bantamweight ...
