GGG gave an embarrassing performance. He was thoroughly outboxed and outclassed by his superior Saul Canelo Alvarez.
Canelo took Austin to slick school : https://thumbs.gfycat.com/BadThoughtfulHuman-mobile.mp4 https://cdn1.sbnation.com/imported_assets/1566337/10_medium.gif And this happened : Monster Jab: https://cdn2.sbnation.com/imported_assets/1566325/5_medium.gif Hard Combo: https://cdn0.sbnation.com/imported_assets/1566301/1_medium.gif Down Goes Trout! So let me get this clear you are saying my statement "did not the Superior Court side with the CSAC on their actions" was not only incorrect, but that no court were ever involved? As i have said i am willing to stand corrected if i am wrong.
Ok then so Antonio MARGARITO, Plaintiff and Appellant, v. STATE ATHLETIC COMMISSION, Defendant and Respondent. that was decided on October 14, 2010 did not happen.
Canelo did more. Ward more talented, retired too early. I think I remember reading there was a reason for his early retirement but I've forgot it.
How has this thread degraded into a Margarito thread? Ignore CJ, Margarito was guilty, the world knows this. Margarito knows it. The only one who doesn't, is CJ.
This was indeed when Margarito was trying to get his licence reinstated, did i state otherwise? Margarito took this case to COURT, so one would assume actually instigating that, then he would trust the findings of the COURT. Margarito during this endeavoured to challenge the CSAC in several areas of the revocation, interpretation of rules, evidence etc. Did not the COURT side with the CSAC on their actions? Was not the judgment affirmed by the COURT and the Commission was awarded its costs on appeal? Now i am unsure what your opinion is of the legal/court system Stateside, but if respected experienced judges, independent of both Margarito and the CSAC find in favour of the CSAC, then I suggest their judgement might be the correct one.
