STAPLES, and other arenas outside of Vegas cannot compete with the high offers that casinos pay to host fights.

but when Mosley was warned that he would be blood tested for EPO before fighting Margarito, he had Delahoya move the fight from vegas to CA, so that Mosley avoids EPO blood testing.
