bull****...if every fighter fought like bhop, you think boxing would still exist

but if every fighter fought like morales, we would definately have another 100 years atleast of boxing to look forward to....dont give me that **** about greatness vs excitement, cause in most of floyds, bhops and peas biggest wins, they have been a ****en snoozefest...and nobody, i mean nobody will ever talk about those fights again.....trust me on that

respect is a big part of the game, and most blacks nowadays dont get it cause they're either boring, or cheaters.....fact

Hopkins' popularity is at an all time low....that will effect the results of this poll.

Hopkins has achieved more. He just has. But if you want to take a slightly more abstract approach to greatness; you could argue for Morales on the basis of contribution to the sport, popularity, excitement, warrior-spirit etc.

bull****...his popularity was never high to begin with, and he's to blame with all his cheating tactics, racist remarks, and crying like a *****.....

it's your guys' fault for believing he's gonna become a warrior after the pascal fight....hopkins is and will always be the armpit of boxing

morales' wins over barrera, pacman, zaragoza, in jin chi, and wayne ****, i mean literally **** on bhops resume.....and that's not including many other great champs on morales' resume that he fought in their prime....

Which of these biggest wins are you referring to? Hopkins-Trinidad? Hopkins-Pavlik? Hopkins-Johnson? Mayweather-Corrales? Whitaker-Chavez? Pretty sure people will be talking about those fights for a while.

Also you're not stating facts. You're stating ill-founded generalizations and opinions. It's quite funny to hear you simultaneously complain about Hopkins' racist remarks while doing so.

His popularity was never high, and it's at an all time low. I think we actually...agree.

how am i being racist, i'm just stating facts...he said "a whiteboy will never beat me", which was a racist remark, not a fact CAUSE IN FACT, A WHITEBOY DID BEAT HIM.....

out of all those fights you mentioned, mayweather vs corrales was the only fan friendly fight...and notice how even now that mayweather is still active, no one is talking about that fight anymore....mainly, cause he has tarnished his career by the way he's performed in mega fights....

so you rank calzaghes victory over bhop higher than morales' over pac ?

and it's not high cause he really aint that great...he's a dirty piece of **** fighter, whos gotten away with murder in the ring....but in all honesty, did have about 2 great fights in his career.....people dont really care if you win or lose, it's about how you perform, and for the most part, he's performed like a crybaby *****.......

No you're not stating facts. Your making extremely broad generalizations about entire ethnic groups of fighters based on mere handfuls of examples.

But since we're treating opinions as facts now, I'm going to say that all of the fights I mentioned were in fact fan-friendly contests. Prove me wrong, I'm just stating facts.

And I don't even get your last question, nor do I see how it follows from a single thing I've said.

you're the type of dude that argues like a girl....what i'm stating are things that the majority of people on here have agreed to...with polls, and many others have also stated the same ****, so that pretty much makes it a fact in the boxing world....

fact is, hardly no one enjoys watching a bhop fight...while everybody and their mommas enjoy a morales scrap....popularity has a lot to do with greatness, skills only take you so far....ask mayweather that before the gatti fight when his skills weren't taking him no where...so he had to create an image to sell, just like bhop did when he slammed the puerto rican flag on the floor......
