    Name, you say?

I'm not sure what flea's name is, but I do know that it'd be pretty damned cool if he was a superhero with an alliterative name like Perry Peruvia.

Oh ****! He turned it on its head! The modern heavyweight has the alliteration, not the 60's welterweight!

We have now entered the Twilight Zone...

This is just ridiculous! A total mismatch!

When I first joined ESB I may just have been naive enough to pick Wlad in this match-up based upon size....but in recent days, led by the onslaught of seamus and others I have been convinced that size does not matter (although much to my chagrin, my wife does not agree!).....After meeting many *******s (Is that an acceptable term for the classic forum....if not....my bad!) in general I have also been schooled that speed kills.....Napoles totally destroys him.....I do have major respect for Wlad's cast iron chin and steely resolve to battle through a myraid injuries and still battle valiantly. So either Napoles takes a wide decision or stops him on cuts....I have heard that a few Napoles matches ended by virtue of cuts so don't rule out the possibility of Wlad bleeding to death here.

Now if the question is P4P...it is easily reversed as Wlad is clearly the greater of the 2....After studying Little Reds posts in the Benny Leonard thread it seems (If as usual he is correct?!), that due to size discrepancy of 100+ lbs....Napoles wpould have to be nearly twice as good as wlad to be considered on par with his greatness....This is not debatable nor even close...

    Napoles H2H
    Wlad P4P

    END THREAD!

While both had lengthy title runs and dominant runs at that, and also have some glaring losses due to physical traits, Napoles scaled more weights and was small for his weightclass (147)

Wlad was massive for his weight class.

It all evens itself out as Napoles being a greater P4P fighter even allowing Wlad the fact he's a heavyweight.

I asked them to remove the bug on my phone. Obviously it was too late.

Yes, but only with Venusians between 3 and 4 feet tall. A hard pick I know.

Chagaev to be ahead early, but he pulls out after six rounds, claiming a shoulder injury...

    Lawrence Clay-Bey vs Mark Potter...

(or Cassius Clay, but there's that alliteration again)
