The question has been answered plenty of times in this thread. I never realized the world was filled with so many ******ed people till internet came along. So Holmes has a resume of nobodies and tomatoe cans as opposed to Lewis is the summation of the uninformed right?? You really don't need to participate in this discussion if thats your conclusion..
Larry Holmes by an edge, plainly because he boxed when money wasn't the main motivation for winning.. Larry boxed for comparative pittance against legends .. Larry was just a spark beter , he ruled for 7 and half years beating men who went on to be good champs after his reign.. End of story ... BTW i am a lewis nut... Larry was something Lewis would agree on .. a heavyweight GOD.............
Not the best example, considering Pryor was the bigger fighter, Arguello was just taller. And neither was Hearns bigger than Hagler.
