If Mayweather were to retire tomorrow who would you rank higher? Im actually leaning towards Floyd on this one.

Still Whitaker. Mayweather is catching up though.

It's close now. I agree with you that it is close now. I still have Whitaker higher but I don't think it's a stupid question or an unreasonable thread.

You are going to catch **** for this thread though.

Mayweather is a better fighter than Whitaker ever was.

Actually i stand by my opinion on them being on Par and giving Mayweather the slight edge, im not biased cause ive never been a big fan of either although i give both men there props as great fighters. For as much as an ******* Mayweather can be at times, i cant deny his greatness and am actually starting to come around as a fan:yep

Still whitaker for me, as others have said i don't think its an unreasonable discussion (i never really have) but i've got to still give pea the nod here. If floyd beats pacquaio come back to me on that though as it may have changed

for right now its still whittaker but floyd is closing the gap though, i think its sweet pea's performance against chavez that sets him apart from floyds resume, but if floyd fights and beats pacman then i can safely say floyd has surpassed sweet pea.

Pea turned back the clock against Oscar and still lost a close but convincing decision. Oscar was slightly faded against May and lost a close but convincing decision.

    At 154, too.

I went for 'even', but that's shorthand for "It's close enough that I can see reasons to swing it either way". If Floyd has one or two more fights of the magnitude of last night (boxing, not publicity), then it definitely tips Floyd's way, IMO.
