    Ok so you post to **** his fans off..Ima big fan Of Floyd and i've been watching boxing since long before he was a pro...Trust u never **** me off...I don't think you can **** his fans off much....He retired 39-0...THE BEST ARGUMENT YOU CAN COME UP WITH IS "HE DIDN'T FIGHT EVERYONE AT 147." Problem for you is he fought everyone at 4 other weight divisions...

    You're alright actually. I'm not tryin to **** you off. But hey, check out Louis vs Walcott II on youtube. You will be amazed.

    And as far as the Floyd thing, I don't even really care. In fact I think Floyd is good. I just don't think he's as good as Fitzgeraldz believes where he can beat every fighter in history.

    Fact is Floyd grew up today and in today's society. He basically grew up in a relatively pampered lifestyle and the consequence of it is that he's a boy in a man's body.

    You just couldn't get away with that kind of **** in the 40's. You had to be a man and you damn sure had to act like one. You had no choice. Back in the day, imagine if Floyd talked all that **** about Baldomir like he did, bout him, "bein on his ass, his face or wavin the white flag," and then puttin on the performance he did where ****, Denzel Washington even walked out on his ass.

    Mother ****ers just wouldn't be allowed to get away with that type of ****. It's just that no respect exists anymore.

    And I'm not talkin about showboatin and that other **** cuz lots of fighters use that as a tactic to beat their opponent. I'm talkin about talkin pure **** and disrespecting everyone.

    It's like a mother ****er takin a **** on your head but he's on top of a building. There just isn't anything you can do about it.

    Well I'm tryin to find the key to the damn building.

    Great fight...I have it on DVD!! Walcott puts on and shows some very good skills...He mixes it up at times too! Walcott was always a versatile fighter!:thumbsup

    ****, I wish I could see more of the old fights. I used to give those guys no respect until I actually saw them fight.

    Those guys were on a different level than fighters today.

    Fine. Let's watch Walcott - Louis. Why did Louis win the first fight and why was Walcott booed so much in the second? That same kind of sentiment and glorification of the old days. Watch the bad taste go around Louis's mouth as he watches Ali beat Liston. The judges and public didn't like this new breed of cocky defensive guys who didn't fight like they were "supposed" to - they didn't like it in the 40's, didn't like it in the 60's and they don't like it now. A lot of people feel the same way about Mayweather.

    That said, Walcott had to rise to the level of competition he's faced; it can be argued that Mayweather didn't have to rise as far or as often. The two of them facing off in the modern era with no 15-rounders, longer recovery time from knockdowns, more doctor input, smaller rings... I'd guess it as a SD for Walcott. Not saying you have to agree with me (I can't imagine you would), but you wanted opinions, so there it is.
