    Pacquiao

    been KOed twice
offensive style, gets hit a lot
    fights twice a year
been fighting bigger guys than him (except for his 2 recent fights)
looked slow and no power against Bradley

    Mayweather Jr.
    turning 36 this february
    had 43 fights
defensive style, doesn't get hit often (pretty boy)
recently only fights once a year
has retired for 1 year and half
    served two months in jail

    mayweather is older in age.

logic says manny's older in boxing terms.

Although i actually think mayweather is more declined. Only differance being, his style will be more suited in his twilight years of boxing.

Right now I'd say Manny by a bit, but both are potentially a fight away from getting their asses kicked should they face the right opponent.

Someone like a prime Quartey would beat both down right now imo.

Both of them have lost a step, only difference is Pacquiao's high output style will take a hit on him. Floyd has lost his mobility, fights flat footed and likes to lay on the ropes. Floyd has been able to adjust to slowing down because of he's defensive style and conservative energy output. Pacquiao tends to waste a lot of energy, throws sloppy wild punches. His speed and power is what made him so dominant.

Having more wars will always take their toll quickly.

There's no other way around it.

Pacquiao might be deteriorating more than we know.

    Manny Pacquiao by far!

60 fights and has been in more wars! Atleast for the past 3-4 Pacquiao still manages to fight twice a year.
Should be softened up by now, Mayweather should now take that advantage!
Floyd Mayweather 43 fights, takes vacations, long breaks.

I thought Pac was on the slide in the second Barrera fight and getting buzzed by Larios - I thought the wars had taken an inevitable toll. It blew my mind when he was rejuvenated at higher weights against more "powerful" adversaries - turns out only an 80% plus version of Erik Morales can actually try to run him over; no one else can take the damage he dishes when you walk into his range and "bully" him.

He turned back the clock for his pound for pound streak - when my friend said the Diaz beat down reminded him of Mayweather Gatti I thought it was a ludicrous comparison, but then Pac had an invulnerable resurrection for a few years.

Pac by far, an amazingly impressive streak of longevity for his crazy style.

  13. Even though Pacquiao has more professional fights and has fought tougher and a better quality of opponents, Mayweather has fought a lot of women.

Mayweather once fought two women at once, that the kind of man that he is, no doubt all these fights with women have taken it toll on his body and mind.

those fights always took more out of me emotionally than even golden gloves champion bouts - the ref can't even stop the contest, you have to get the police or preferably the divorce court judge involved. Floyd's mentally not the same since Harris, Miss Jackson made him reluctant to pull the trigger, and you can see that when he waits to go in for the kiss or to throw the right hand. That tentative hesitation is going to cost him against a relentless woman or Pac.
