Hagler lost to an older all time great after he (Ray) was in This content is protected . PAVLIK lost to a Older & wiser dude (hopkins) in his first major fight. What you think?
This thread asks a categorically incorrect question. Hagler did not lose...it is better defined as robbery.
this is retarted hagler/leonard was a extremly paper thin win for leonard alot of people think hagler won pavlik flat out lost no questions
This question doesn't make sense. The Hagler loss was worse because it was on a much higher plane. The Hopkins win was greater because it was a great show of skill and gamesmanship by an old fighter against a young one. Not much to compare here. - Jason
Hagler's loss was the worst - by far! Hagler was robbed IMO - though it was a close fight. It effectively ended his career. Pavlik has his whole career ahead of him, wasn't robbed, and didn't lose his title. He lost to a better fighter and there's no controversy. He'll be involved in lots of big fights in the coming years and his career is intact. The two aren't even close and an odd comparison.
