    Anyone know ?

I saw a rumour going round last week on here that he was fighting Provodnikov but wouldn't that mean Mike going up to 147 ?

I'd love for him to jump ship to Goldeboy and get involved with the likes Matthysse, Peterson, Garcia, Khan, Judah etc.

Mike is entertaining, but is not in the class of the ones you mentioned

I heard that rumor as well. He wouldn't have to jump ship
to fight Zab, Zab isn't aligned with Golden boy. Sucks
he didn't get the pac sweepstakes though but the guy
    he beat did.

Disagree, think he beats them all aside from Matthysse and maybe Garcia.

He beats Rios in their championship fight and Rios gets the big money fight with Pacquiao who probbly chose him because he lost, and Alvarado has no fights in sight.

I believe Alvarado's camp mentioned that Mikey had a broken when he was offered the fight with Pac. If Mikey would of accepted, Pac would of been called a "cherrypicker" for picking on Alvarado for been hurt. :nut

Both Pac and Rios are coming off losses. Pac got criticized for taking on guys coming off loses before, would Alvarado be criticized too for taking on Pac after coming of a KO loss? IMO, Alvarado needs a stay busy fight and just wait for Pac, Rios, Marquez (although I believe if he beats Bradley he will retire as a 4 time world champion) or Bradley to duke it out.

Pac vs Rios is good. Alvarado can fight the winner after, either fight will sell good (Alvarado vs Pac or Alvarado vs Rios III) and will have more meaning.
