    Too bad Lazlo Papp could not fight as a professional, but that is the communist world, to be an amateur for eternity. Andrew Golota is better known in this world.

    I'd have to agree with @NoNeck, Golota fought a who's who of HW's in the mid 90's to early 2000's. Lennox, Tyson, Bowe x2, Grant, Byrd, Witherspoon, Ruiz. He also had a huge cult following in Chicago, with their large Polish population. He was a pretty big presence in the division for almost a decade. His 2 bizarre DQ's against Bowe really put him on the map, even for casual boxing fans. Hell, I even remember him being on Late Night with Conan O'Brien after the first Bowe fight.
