The only competition to his claim are Crawford who is a three weight champion who fought in three weak divisions and became undisputed in his third by beating Jeff Horn and the way overrated Spence. None of the fighters he's fought were close to being exceptional

The other is Inoue who has fought in weak divisions too and has not fought anyone exceptional

You might not rate AJ of Belly that high, I don't rate anyone Clenelo has legitimately beaten high, especially in recent years, or anyone Crawford or Inoue etc. has either
