If that were true Joshua would be undisputed as physically he's superior to both Fury and Usyk with his size, power and speed but it's the smaller, weaker, Usyk who is standing on top, due to skills.
Teo sized heavyweight wouldn't be the Teo we know as he'd be limited by the weight and size and his style might not as effective in a division where there is no upper limit on weight and size. Teo at 5'7" is a little under the average I guess for a lightweight so he's be a 6'3" heavyweight and with his minus 1.5 inch ape index would have a tint 73.5 inch reach. Even the T-rex Parker has a 76 inch reach. Even little Andy Ruiz has a bigger reach at 6'2". Teo would struggle giving up 11.5 inches in reach to someone like Fury. His lack of serious power at heavyweight would also pose him problems, while not at issue at the lower weight at heavyweight it would be a liability. Usyk just beat a guy who weighted 15% more than him, that's like Loma beating Crawford or Tzyu. When Loma beats a light middleweight champion then we can compare skills, but right now Usyk stands head and shoulders above Loma in terms of accomplishments and ability.
I mean both Joshua and Fury are arguably more accomplished in terms of wins than Haney and Teo. I think they beat more contenders and champions. Haney looked like he just turned his brain off in his last fight with Ryan. He had no defense whatsoever and made no adjustments at all getting caught by the same punches multiple times. As much as I hate Fury, I can freely admit he's fairly good at making adjustments and knows how to win rounds when things aren't working. Joshua is a more complete fighter than Teo able to fight at close and long range, is a better combination puncher, etc, but Teo has better stamina and a more consistent jab.
And when was Loma exactly 40 pounds lighter, and giving 19cm. reach advantage and 16+cm. height advantage ? I wanna hear and see that. When has that happen. What people also don't get, is when you are bigger, you can just use your size way more effectively, and the skills doesn't matter as much. So lower division is a lot more about skills, than size. When going higher, you have to overcome huge size with your skills, and you need to be so much more skilled. Usyk is miles ahead of Lomachenko in everything. Hell Usyk at his prime, being like 80 pounds heavier was throwing 1000 punches per fight. When did Loma fought at that pace. Usyk being so much heavier, yet have so much better punch output and cardio. Or Cardio is not a skill on itself? Loma also have bad styles up, and Usyk has none. He can fight anyone.
Muhahhahahahahhahaha, who the heck thinks Teo or Haney is more skilled than AJ and Fury. What the heck is this guy smoking? I can't see his post, as i prolly had him ignored, and it's obviously for good reason. When you going up in weight, your cardio going to be worst, your speed going to be worst, your power also going to diminish. We saw what happen when Canelo fought Bivol. And hell he prolly weighted more than Bivol on fight night. The idea that smaller guys is more skilled is not flawed, but ridiculous. They may look flashier, cause they have short arms and they look fast asf, and they have better footwork, punch output(Usyk still owns them all), etc, cause they weight 140 pounds for god sake. They also can recover between rounds easier, as they are light. You don't have that in HW, when recovery is a lot harder, as you carry quite some weight.
It's extremely difficult to compare, as lighter guys will look flashier, move faster, etc While Usyk is extremely skilled and moves well, loma will obviously look a bit more flashy P4p though, I would usyk beats him. That dude has the fire in his gut and will not stop Usyk is the best fighter since manny/Floyd Imo Better than ward, kovalev, 3g, loma, canelo, bud etc etc
Better than Manny because he is a better ring general but behind Floyd and Ward which is a great compliment to him.
Yeah I guess I wasn't think of the title 'most skilled', but just a case who is better overall Floyd definitely way more skilled than usyk imo
This is spot on. Uysk has the x factor that Loma is missing. This is clearly demonstrated in the 12th round of both the Lopez and Haney fights. Usyk would not have taken it easy and assumed he had done enough. Both are extremely talented.
If skill doesn't translate into success then what does it matter? Usyk is demonstrably more clutch than Loma. He has a better sense of where he is in a fight and adapts accordingly.
