    Its tricky.

Naoya is feted as a generational talent, and potential P4P #1

Haney is considered as MAYBE the best at 135, and potentially the best at 140.

Naoya is better, but is also considered better.

Literally no one rates Haney higher than Inoue P4P.

    Its a strawman.

I for one thought Haney did just enough as the champion to win his fight vs Loma. After that fight though everyone thought Haney is a fraud and have him nowhere near the p4p list despite moving up a weight class and fighting the reigning, number 1 fighter at 140 on his next fight which everyone favors him to win. As far as who's underrated, it's clearly Haney. Everyone has Inoue in their top 2 p4p, he's more overrated than anything. Haney is prob the best fighter from 135-140 but nobody rates him as such.

Haney by far. I've yet to come across a Inoue hater/detractor.

 Haney is the biggest weight bully in the sport

He literally hasn't fought a single world champion close to his size (he weighs at least two divisions if not more than all the ones he's fought)

Most of them were old, shot or well past their primes

Gamboa 39 and shot to hell
Linares almost 36, hadn't fought in 15 months, and was shot
Loma was an old 35 and well past his prime

Even one-hit wonder Kambosos who cannot deal with boxers at all is an average sized 135 pounder and Haney was way bigger than him too

Jojo was a featherfisted career 126 pounder who is 1-3 at 135 and could easily be 0-4 at that weight

And Haney clearly lost to an old well past prime Loma in his own backyard despite his gigantic weight bully ass weighing four divisions more than him (20lbs), having a near six inch reach advantage, a 36 hour weigh in, in what was a fight between the smallest 135 pounder in the world and the biggest one I've ever seen.

How big is Haney? So big he even looked a lot bigger than career 140 pounder Rougarou who really struggles to make 140

So even if he beats Rougarou at the new weight he still won't have beaten a single world champion his size

Ben Davison who works with Haney said Rougarou is going to be surprised how much bigger than him Haney is going to be on the night. But I'm not because I've been telling you for ages that even when he moves up in weight he's not going to be fighting guys his size or at worst will finally be fighting ones his size when facing fellow massive weight bullies at those weights

That's not how P4P works or should work. Inoue is in his 4th division and he's beaten many champs his size or bigger. That's P4P.

Loma is the definition of P4P greatness because he's routinely fighting guys who are way bigger than him.

I like Prograis. Unlike most I like Haney as well. I just think Hearn has signed Prograis to feed him to Haney. I think he wants to keep a good business relationship with Haney so he can make more big money fights with him in the future.
