Well he's better than Edison Miranda,a shot middleweight,,Green is a big puncher and was in the super six and is known in America, dont see it as a bad fight or a step backwards,Bellew isnt ready for any of the big boys yet..

    Why is it?

Cloud can't box for toffee and his power isn't all it's cracked up to be.

You're probably right about the power.... but to suggest that he can't box is way off.

Like Froch, he's better at boxing than fighting.

I think his box ability is probably better than I think, but worse than you think lol.

Bellew is a better boxer than Cloud technically, but I think Cloud takes him in every other department.

you also have to consider we have only really seen Cloud at world level. We have seen Belelw at fringe world level.

  7. Green is a very good fight for Bellew hes shared a ring with Ward and coming off a loss againts Kessler, The Karpencey fight might of been a joke suggestion but if Bellew bombed him out quickly he could get some sort of respect for doing what Clev couldnt but i wouldnt suggest it as i cant see ****** and Clev wanting a rematch with Bellew and beating his cast offs wont do him any favours i suggest he climbs up the WBA rankings

I agree about the Bellew power I think he has some but hes far from a big puncher. What do you mean about the last bit? As in in a rough close range brawling fight they suffer ala Clev and Kessler?

Fonfara would make sense, he's coming off a win over Glen Johnson and they can probably make it an eliminator for the WBC, also he's Polish so if Fast Eddie can get him over here, tickets would sell easily.

Yeah.... they're both hard men (Froch especially) but I don't think either excel on the inside.

Bellew is probably the stronger of the two, having faster hands and tighter punching technique, but I think he's more comfortable on the outside.

Certainly looks better on the outside.

Whats next? How about fighting in America.

No way in hell he's gonna get a fight against Cloud or the big names. If he continues to fight in the United Kingdom.

Its a major step backwards. Green was a complete joke in the Supersix. He was dominated by Ward, and put to sleep by Johnson. A win over him gives Bellew nothing.

I don't think he'd waste his time with Karpency, Allan Green would be my guess a name that would sell tickets and a good name to have on your record who isn't that dangerous anymore

Anyone of the below would present realistic tests imo.

Karo Murat (Chance to make a statement, ala Clev)
    Allan Green (Probably too expensive)
Luis Garcia (Unproven, could prove a non event but interesting nevertheless)
