Depends on how he wins. Could be a rematch in Denmark, if it's a close fight. Assuming he beats Calzaghe quite comfortably, then he chases after Bute/Berrio.

 

IF Kessler wins ... and wins ... and wins ... :


first fight: BHop at 170 (171,5) ---> Ring champion at 168 and 175.
BHop isn't getting any younger, so this has to be the next fight

second fight: Taylor/Pavlik

third fight: last fight at 168 against the #1 contender, I hope it will be Bute

Kessler is not the type to avoid the big fights.

First thing first though, he has to get past Joe.

 

I don't think that BHop dare stepping in the ring against Kessler, and I think that Taylor is to small physically to match Kessler. Pavlik has the size, and he is in fact a natural SMW. But we'll have to wait and see. I'm looking very much forward to Nov. 3rd. There will be some fireworks in the air that night. :bbb

If MK wins and he'd better, anything else would be embarrasing, he should take on the German Jurgen Brehmer because of style issues. Then on to the US and the real hard hitters just to see how far his talents can go.

 

After Calzaghe.... if he wins...

he has a mandatory in the shape of Anthony Mundine.....

if Mundine can recover fully from his eye injury i wanna see this fight.... Kessler would no doubt be the huge favourtie but my feelings are that if Choc can find and answer to Kesslers jab and stay active i reckon he might be able to pull off an upset

 

He could make some big bucks facing Beyer in a rematch.Beyer=low risk,high financial reward for Kessler.
Braehmer seems to be highly popular in his native Germany-he could be a financially attractive opponent for Kessler.
Inkin is probably the present undisputed nr.3 at supermiddle.However,he stands for high risk,little reward.Not a very desirable foe for Kessler.
What about an encounter with his German based compatriot Mads Larsen? Guess that this fight could be truly big in Kessler's backyard Denmark!

 

How is the situation with Mundines eye? I read that his capacity on one eye was permanently reduced with 30 percent. I also read somewhere that he thinks he can continue his career? Personally I think he should not take any risk loosing his sight on one eye for a boxing career.

 

If Kessler beats Calzaghe, there is no way Bhop will step into the ring with him. Bhop will not fight the winner of JC-MK, whoever it will be...:-( But sure, If Bhop wants it...why not...fight Bhop first.

If he cannot fight Bhop, he should fight the Bute v. Berrio winner. Then he should fight Dawson. There is no point in fighting Pavlik or Taylor...none at all.

 

Maybe i'm being over protective but I don't think Bute will fight Kessler just yet. Kessler is too accomplished and Bute is just starting with world class fighters. Give him two or three tittle defenses and he'll be ready.:rasta
