How can you possibly duck a guy whose promoter can only offer a fiver and a bag of chips for on the way home. You're being dafter than normal here.
Tyson Fury is no way no how going to be around for 15 years! That would mean Fury might need to fight someone half decent! Fury's not going to have a long boxing career, not a a high level anyway......he's not anywhere near good enough to survive amongst the big guys for any length of time.
Then again Chisora was granted a world title shot after he beat Sexton and only had a dozen fights!:?
They should not rush in for the Klits for another year or so at least, we have a real talent in Price, but I am sure Maloney knows how fast to bring him on. Euro level next, and then maybe Chisora after Haye KO the fat ****er.
I'd stick him in with whoever to be honest. There's no domestic challenges out there, all the American HWs are ****ing ****.... so realistically he's gonna have to go to Germany to get the right fights. If a fight with Vitali is offered I'd snap it up immediately. The big man has slipped massively, yet is still considered the baddest SOB in boxing by the uninitiated (and many who are, shame on them) - so Price would get enormous credit if he was to do a job on him. The more I talk about that fight the more it appeals to me.
Ali Adams vs Audley Harrison winner or Matt Skelton, still wont be a test but Maloney wont take a top 15 guy.
Wouldn't surprise me in the slightest if he did. He's there for the taking. I suspect he knows that himself, and will either be on a milk run or will just have one more as a grand retirement party and call it quits.
Tyson Fury, get it on C5 and SkySports, loser gets to face Chisora when Haye's done with him. Winner calls out K2.
Do you not think that any of those three would be a bit soft for his next fight? Adams is horrendous, Harrison needs no further comment and Skelton is about 100 years old. Sure, he's won his last two, but one of those was against a man who shouldn't be fighting, and the other was in Czech... who aren't exactly renowned for their boxing ability. Chief Dead Body Locator Phillippe Fondu won't supply Czech fighters for Maloney - who'd use pretty much anyone for a quick one round blowout.
I think he's holding out for Haye as sad as that is, the mans a dick but he does generate cash, Price would be too risky with little money, I can't see Vitali wanting it. Povetkin wouldn't be a bad match up for Price, I think he beats the **** out of him.
