Who's next for Smith Jr? I don't see anyone at 175 beating him

Brähmer continues to duck every decent opponent and I think Cleverly will beat him again clearly.

Kovalev should fight Ward again, so I doubt he's free. Would be a great fight, 60:40 for Smith Jr.

Pascal would be intresting but I heard he has an opponent.

Fonfara won't get the rematch so soon.

Stevenson would get knocked out within few rounds.

    Too early for Beterbiev.

Do you think he needs to step up a division before he turns 30? Usyk vs. Smith Jr?

    Beterbiev would take him out.

    Stevenson/Smith Jr is 50/50

But i would pick Stevenson by KO.

Stop, just stop. Smith is nothing special. He's not a top 10 light heavyweight. He gets detroyed by Kovalev, Ward, Stevenson, Beterbiev, Gvozdyk, Barrera, and several others, including very likely Fonfara in a rematch. He has solid power but he's average in every other area. Let's see him beat another decent, prime fringe contender before we put him in with one of the top light heavyweights. The fight was about Hopkins and how little he had left after two years inactivity and a beating from Kovalev. Considering Hopkins' severe deterioration Smith showed his average level in getting outboxed and hit often in two rounds. The fight was not really meaningful, and kind of a joke as a main event on HBO. Let's either evaluate Hopkins' career, or talk about more relevant fighters than Smith.

Yes, this must be a troll. He might just make my top 10, but that's about it. Props to him for what he's achieved this year, but let's not pretend he's p4p material when he's quite the opposite.
