Shannon Briggs is a walking pile of old anabolic steroids with asthma. Adamek is a LHW/CW who looks like a small kid next to Vitali. Both were over-matched and neither performance was pathetic.

I didn't figure either Adamek or Briggs as pathetic. If anything, Briggs is admirable for taking the level of punishment he did and lasting to the final bell.
