After all that trash talk and the push all abril did was hold. He didnt do anything to win more then 3 rounds. Vic drakulichs performance wasnt any better. That was the worst reffing ive seen since the molina kirkland fight or the hopkins pascal first fight. Last i checked, holding was illegal. Rios didnt use his jab, looked slow, and lethargic.

Drakulich was the worst tonight. He shouldnt be paid because he didnt do his job. Abril follows close behind drakulich. He shoulda went to sweden for the ufc with all that grappling he did tonight. He musta had a secret crush on rios. I sure abril is maricon. Rios wasnt as bad as abril or drakulich because atleast he showed he wanted to win coming forward, threw and landed more punches than abril.
Hopefully rios moves up in weight.

Abril used what he had and cruised to a 12-0 shut out, if you think he only won 3 rounds your ****ing crazy.

whatever the two crazy ass judges who had rios winning and you preformed the worst tonight.

    What did he do?

Last time i checked holding was illegal. All he did was hold and hit gloves all night.

If holding was the main scoring criteria, i guess it was a robbery.

Actually watch the fight, he outlanded Rios every round, he gave him a lesson, unfortunately I think it was of too high of standard for him so he will have learned nothing.

It's like a kid shitting on the carpet and you give him laxatives.

Before the fight Abril specifically told everyone he wasn't going to let Rios have his way or give him any easy opportunities. This should be obvious enough for you to assume Abril was going to box Rios all night long. Abril didn't mislead anyone. He fought the way he's always fought.

I didn't see too many holding. Each time Rios closed the distance Abril would shove his shoulder in the middle of Rios' chest and he would hold his right hand up high to prevent Rios from landing a clean head shot. This worked beautifully. Abril fought tall using his jabs. He landed some nice right hands that came from different angles. The most clean shots landed came from Abril.

Rios was supposed to be good at cuttng off the ring. He was supposed to knock Abril the **** out for getting into his face. What happened? Abril did his job. It's Rios who should be questioned. He didn't follow any of the instructions Garcia gave him between rounds. You call Abril an ugly fighter but that's because he didn't fight. He boxed. After all, the sport is called BOXING not brawling.

some people dont understand. 3 rounds??? what are you watching???????? outlanded cleaner work effective counter to rios pressure. but becus he wasnt in a tear up which was visually thrilling for you, you give him 3 rounds. any else noticed theres alot of this type of fan boy around boxing lately

  10. if rios were a real man he'd give abril a rematch, take a knee in the first round and not get up. that belt belongs to abril's ****** ass.

you guys crack me up. All my fav fighters are slick counterpunchers. ABRIL didnt land ****. You all make abril sound as if e was chicanito and just boxed some guys ears off. All that was is a lesson in holding.

Agreed. I think his defence was excellent considering Rios is known to have some pop in his hands but he was right in rios' face with shoulder out head back and arm/hand up to guard and didn't allow rios to throw effective punches

they real holding being done is by rios fanboys holding rios' dick in their mouths.

this ******* couldn't make weight two fights in a row and came back heavier two fights in a row and got his ass kicked by what was supposed to be a totally outmatched opponent.

you guys are a joke. mostly race based **** can posters anyways.
    molina kicked kirklands ass
    abril kicked rios ass

i could care less about race and i got no problem for rooting for a guy because of his race or the way he combs his hair or because he is from your hometown or because of any thing, but when it shits all over your ability to judge a fight fairly we've all lost because then we basically get a bunch of ******s defending Rios after he gets his ass kicked or Kirkland after he gets his ass kicked.
