Who's picked Canelo last time..

I predicted GGG to win, GGG did win and GGG will win again. But there is winning and there is getting your arm lifted in Vegas against a home fighter, 2 different things.

 

I leaned towards GGG but said if it went the distance Canelo would win a decision. I thought Golovkin would catch Canelo towards the later rounds after being down on the cards. I didn’t see GGG being able to out box Canelo the way he did.

 

There were like, three guys who picked Canelo. The GGG haters mostly stay as quiet as little mice these days. They don’t even talk about Lara anymore......

 

I picked Canelo in the first fight and will pick him again for the rematch. Canelo is the better boxer and boxers tend to do better in rematches. If he works on his conditioning he will win this fight going away.

 

Canelo is the better counterpuncher.

Golovkin is the better boxer by a bigger margin.

Canelo already proved he’s the more versatile fighter. G is a mechanical robot and will just come out with the same gameplan. There’s nothing he can do. If he actually commits and throws power punches this fight, he’s only going to be good for 6-7 rounds. If he uses his stay busy for show pump jab that rarely landed clean and with power, he will get scored out of the fight.

In the meantime for a homework assignment before May 5th gets here. Go read up on scoring criteria. A lot of you don’t know how to score a fight for ****.

G followed Canelo around the ring. There’s a difference between that and cutting off the ring. Second he couldn’t even pin Canelo to the ropes. Canelo went and left the ropes as he pleased There Will Be Blood.

Canelo was the better/effective puncher. He was the better defender. His defense was more effective than Golovkin’s offense of a pitty pat jab. He out right nullified Golvkins power and body punching. In the championship rounds, he landed far more significant punches than Triple did the entire fight.

You’re a ****** if you think that **** poor Margarito impression made G the better boxer with better fundamentals. You’re a fanboy clown. Simple as that and Canelo clearly wins the rematch.

Wrong Canelo was outboxing and landing and moving on GGG at will, his problem is his stamina not GGG's boxing ability. GGG couldn't cut the ring off on Canelo and barely landed anything of note on Canelo.
Lemieux is trash Saunders beat him more impressively.
GGG went life and death with Jacobs got touched up and arguably lost.
PBF is better than GGG there's no shame in getting outboxed by him.
Lara did nothing the second half of that fight.
Trout got dropped and lost to Canelo
Khan is a frontrunner and always looks good the first few rounds of a fight and Canelo knew this and fought him accordingly.

 

There Will Be Blood is supposed to serving a ban. Mods do your job.

 

I'm a huge GGG fan but I must be the only one who thought Canelo won the last fight.
