    Somehow you forgot
    The rest like
    Barerra #1 at 126
    Morales #2 at 130
Marquez twice was the #2 guy at different weights when they fought and the last fight #3 P4P list
Hatton #1 at 140 and Ring Champ
    Ledwaba #3 at 122
    Sasukal #3 at 112
    Cotto was #2 at 147
D.Diaz was #2 at 135 the time of there fight
    T. Bradley was #1 at 140 which we all know Pac won
Larios was #3 at 122- They fought at 130 due to weight
    Ledwaba was #3 at 122
    Remembering he fought the Legends
    Morales 3 times
    Marquez 3 times
    Barrera 2 times

But here is the huge one
in 2008 Marquez was ranked 2 P4P when they fought
in 2006 Barrera was ranked 6 P4P they fought in 2007
in 2005 Morales was ranked 6 P4P they fought 3 times around this time
in 2004 Marquez was ranked 6 P4P at the time
in 2003 Barrera was ranked 3 P4P at the time
in 2009 Cotto was ranked 7 P4P at the time
in 2011 Marquez was ranked 3 P4P at the time

    This.

If I am a fighter in the ranks, I would find to love Floyd's skill due to less received punches (defense) and due to his quick reflex and counters. Following Pacquiao's offense and defense would require getting beat up, unless you have his great footspeed/footwork.

On a fan's view, I say Pacquiao has the better resume. Beating top opponents from flyweight to (middleweight) and racking up titles along the way, not mentioning his exciting fans that would make boxing fans out of their seats, what's not to love Pac?

Yeah because age is what determines a fighter's prime when you start out as a pro in your teens :patsch Not going through multiple wars and over 50 fights and being KTFO or anything like that.

Barrera was dropped from the ring P4p rankings after Marquez beat him and, then Pac fought him in late 2007. Nice try though.

and LOL @ Cotto being the number 2 welter. Mosley and Mayweather have something to say about that.

Same can be said for Pacquiao. Mate like i said if you thought in 2003 was past his Prime you know nothing of our sport considering he was ranked #3 P4P in 2003. And at 29 years old i would hardly call him Mosley type age or even Pacquiao type age now.

**** Pacquiao is just going past his Prime now and he is 33 years old and has had 60 fights.
In 2003 Barrera had had the same amount of fights but was 4 years younger. Plus the fact only 1 year earlier he had beat the very best version of Morales who was undefeated.

That win is Pacuiao's best and if you compare it to Mayweathers best win which most would agree is
    Diego Corrales
Chico at the time was undefeated at the time went on to win after against guys like Casamayor, Frietas and Castillo but and this is a huge but he was'nt even top 10 P4P when they fought.

Barrera was #3 and then even after the loss stayed in the Top 10 P4P until the start of 2007 some 4 years after the fight.

Mate you have done nothing to convince me with nothing at all i have given stats from Ring and the likes. Turbo its time to say well **** im so wrong about this subject i should stop being a Boxing fan as Floyds nuts taste way to good.

Oh and for the record Ring had Cotto at 7 P4p just before the fight do some research.

Because after the Margarito loss due to Glove debate and after his Clottey win he went back in at number 7.

And went to number 2 at Welter as he beat Mosley which Ring had him at Number 2.

    :deal

As a boxer, if I were one, with pride, I would take Manny.

As the soft little pudgeball I am, Floyd's. I don't need to be in wars!.. Unless, of course, I were a boxer, in which case I reiterate I would prefer to have Manny's, as boxing would be my livelihood and "defining passion"/career.

You're comparing Corrales to Barrera? Corrales had been in one tough fight before he fought Floyd. Barrera had been in several, and was KTFO in one of them. I've followed Barrera for a long while and no way in hell was he prime. Just because he switched his style means nothing an beat up career 118 and 122 pounders after that really doesn't mean anything to me either.

Barrera in 2003 was still a better fighter than Corrales ever was.

That much ought to be obvious, unbeaten or not.

Barrera > Corrales in their prime. The Corrales that lost to Mayweather was a more dangerous fighter than the Barrera who fought Pac. Skill wise though Barrera is a more complete fighter. Definitely Pac's most notable win and kickstarted his career.

Corrales was P4P#5 when Floyd fought him. Pickem fight

Barrera was P4P#3 when Pac fought him. Pac moved up in weight and was a big underdog.

    It's really a non-issue imo

Floyd is more skilled but Manny is more accomplished and has taken tougher fights.

If they both quit fighting today, Manny has done more but Floyd is more skilled.
