Who's resume is better per weight divison between DLH-PBF?

130 - Mayweather
135 - DLH
140 - DLH
147 - DLH

Aside from 130, Mayweather didn't stay at any one division long enough. DLH has him beat at the others because he could get the best to fight him, since he brought money.
