Both have good resumes, but I would have to say that Trinidad has the better out of the 2. Just look at the names. Jones Jr., Wright, Whitaker, and Vargas. Just hard to topple that kind of resume Tito has.

the problem with Tito, as Steward once pointed out so well, is that his losses were so devastating that they went a long way in defining his legacy

forget the Jones loss. But the Hopkins and Wright losses, they were brutal. I don't think anyone can imagine Mayweather being schooled like that.

Floyd, due to the wins against everyone he's fought and the fact that he dominated from 130, 135, 140, 147 and 154.

I give credit to Trinidad for taking on Hopkins and Winky primarily because Trinidad has literally not avoided any fighter from 147lbs to the blown up weight that he is at right now. He fought anyone regardless of whether or not the opponent was a ****ed up style for him to take. I wish I could list the same for Floyd Mayweather but I can't. Does the fact that Floyd is undefeated mean anything when comparing resumes of ATG fighters? It doesn't mean anything to me at least. If Floyd fought in a different decade and had 1 or 2 losses but overall had stiffer level of competition than he has now, than I would easily say Floyd has the better of the two resumes. It isn't so much about winning and losing, its about how hard did they push themselves.

Floyd isnt boring at all to watch IMO!

yes he doesnt slug it out but that isnt his style

ur probably the type of fan who thinks Roy Jones never fought anyone either?
