Also it's laughable when you say losses are included when Floyd has no losses. I still say Tito's RESUME is better but anyone who can't see Floyd is the better fighter is fooling themselves.

Every fighter's resume except for Ali and Robinson will be scrutinized.

Many fight fans don't understand the the logistics of matchmaking. Every fight CAN'T be made. Not just cuz of the business side of it but also because of timing, moving weight classes, etc etc. It would be great if the best in each weight class peaked at the same time and every condition allowed and they could be thrown in a ring together but it just don't work that way.

    Past prime notables

    Floyd's Hernandez to Trinidad's Camacho
    Floyd's Oscar to Trinidad's Whitaker
    Floyd's Baldomir to Trinidad's Mayorga
    Floyd's Gatti to Trinidad's Campas

    Not so good notables
Floyd's N'dou was in prime as well as Sosa to Trinidad's Reid and Thiam
    Floyd's Corley to Trinidad's Carr
    Floyd's Chavez to Trinidad's Joppy

    Elites
    Floyd's Corrales to Trinidad's Vargas
Floyd's Castillo 2x (peaking Prime) to Trinidad's bhop (semi prime) and Wright (semi prime)
Floyd's Hatton (prime) to Trinidad's (out of prime Jones)
Floyd has also beaten a prime Judah and prime Carlos Henderaz

Tito fought more big names but most definitely not the most dangerous.

These types of threads are not really fair, Trinidad is going to win based on the number of big name fighters that he faced. It would be a different story if Mayweather had a chance to fight the same opponents.

that would tell me that you can commit a ad hominum fallacy in attacking the posters join date instead of adding any good points to the argument at hand

for that i thank you sir:thumbsup

oh and by the way my join date is older than yours so by using your logic i know more and thus you should be quiet now. again thank you

Trinidad has better names, and more of them but... too many of those names are losses/shot fighters like Pea.

Floyd has the better resume in terms of wins. Just about.

When you look at a fighters resume you look at everyone he fought win lose or draw. The fact that Tito was always willing to take the biggest challenges and fight dangerous opponents should applauded not downplayed.

If Floyd had fought the type of guys that Tito fought he might have a loss or 2 as well (hell I think he should have one as is against Castillo and if you want to get really technical, he should have been DQ'd the minute roger stepped in the ring in the Judah fight).

I am not saying that Floyd's resume is not impressive. But he does not have a fighter of hopkins or jones on his resume and he probably never will as I don't think there is anyone available unless winky wants to come down to 154 and do it.
