Anyone know of any bars/snooker clubs showing the fight in the Manchester area? I know the sports cafe are but 7+ hours of drinking there are somewhat out of my budget.
Yeah I wanted to ask the same question - Varsity on Oxford Road seems to be showing it, and 235 (big casino near AMC) will probably show it. Dunno what the drink prices in Varsity are like, normally you wouldn't catch me dead in there... And hi, first post (joined up ages ago so I could read the round by rounds on fightnight...)
235 is ticket only and is sold out AIUI. I didn't know about Varsity, probably going to go to Sports Cafe (my mate's gaff have ordered it so that's a back up plan if all else fails).
Oh, according to the fat, moody cow who was at the bar in Varsity, they're not showing the fight after all (despite the sign I saw outside it last week stating the opposite). So, like, don't go there.
