I'll take Forbes. I think this is a high risk, low reward fight for Berto. It will be close because berto has speed and power, but he does have defensive lapses and will open to counters all night from Forbes.

Yep, had to. This thread was actually a smokescreen just to create another poll.

I'm sure there are a couple suckers out there that would even think Forbes has a chance. I'm glad Forbes upped his marketing value with the DLH fight cause he's a nice guy and all that, but this will be his last big payday IMO. He's a natural 135 pounder, he has Winky Wright power and he's in his mid 30's....I can see Berto losing to a tall welterweight like Margarito or Williams but Forbes?....I think not. Berto TKO 9

Forbes is a actually a natural 130 pounder, but he also has a welterweight chin. Even if Berto gets by there's no way he knocks him out. This will be a good test for Berto and would be more dangerous if Forbes had power.

Which would go back to why some people would say Forbes was chosen for a reason. ^

Personally, I agree with you, rluevano. I see Forbes having a minor counterpunching festival.

I'm kind of leaning towards a Berto KO. The guy fights with bad intentions. He's not one to hold back. Maybe a bit too much for his own good but against a punchless guy like Forbes, he might really be aggressive.
