Must be...THN obviously knows that Kessler grinding Bute down and stopping him wouldn't make Bute chinny. How can a fighter who took flush bombs from Berrio be chinny? Wouldn't he have been stopped by Bika too if he had been chinny?

    Stop using THN's account, THN's evil twin!:nono

Can Bute keep the fight on the outside where he might have an advantage? No, he cannot. Kessler would keep coming at him, grind him down and stop him...he would brutalise Lucian badly on the inside, and there's not much that Bute could do to stop Kessler taking the fight on the inside. The whole fight would pretty much be on the inside. How much punishment could Bute take? Not enough to go 12, I don't think.

I think Bute is far better than Andrade but Librado has a difficult style for Lucian. I also think Kessler is a better boxer (for the moment at least) but I also think Bute's style would be bad for Kessler. That doesn't mean Bute would win, but it would be difficult for Mikkel. I would not be so worry for Lucian, I know he would do very well against Kessler, win or lose. Taylor's style would be easier for Kessler (orthodox stance), Froch would be a joke, he wouldn't touch Kessler all night long, taking jabs and rights in the face. Inkin, no problem. Calzaghe and Bute (I'm not comparing their level here) are both southpaws who move well laterally, and these 2 ingredients make it difficult for Kessler. Not impossible, just more difficult.

Kessler is not Andrade. He comes in but doesn't like to be hit (pretty intelligent reaction IMO). He then goes backward. o, you need a break against Kessler? You hit him, that will give you some time. Andrade keeps coming forward. This last part explains Bute's difficulties against Andrade.

Kessler cant fight on the inside, at all.........this would never happen

he has good power, as a boxer puncher.....he's not a brawler, he's not a pressure fighter, he cant in fight, watch his fights with andrade or calzaghe....the man can not fight on the inside at all

Oh, yes, he can! Just because Calzaghe is better on the inside or just because Kessler usually has his way with anyone by fighting on the outside doesn't mean he cannot fight on the inside. He showed he could not least during the Calzaghe fight!

show me a fight where he's infighting and i might change my mind

but on the flipside.....watch any bute fight, he ONLY fights on the outside as well, as soon he gets in the inside he ties his opponent up, then gets back on the outside

    Kessler can not win....

True, but Kessler's offence is much more effective than Andrade's. Given that Bute doesn't do inside fighting, how will he deal with Kessler's 1-2s? He won't after a while. He'll be ground down and stopped, if he doesn't get on his bike. He'll win some rounds on the outside, but that's about it...Kessler wide UD or late stoppage. :good

Any fight at all...watch the last round of Calzaghe v. Kessler...look out for those uppercuts and hooks and combinations on the inside.

    no, no fight. at all....

    http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-keAUvPi1Uw

he's thorwing power punches from to outside to mid range....when he gets nose to nose he ties up or gets tied up, because he cant fight on the inside

this is fact it's been made clear in all his fights i've seen of him, he's a boxer not an infighter, not a nose-to-nose brawler, not a phonebooth fighter....just because you have power, or throw power shots doesn't mean you can infight

if you think he's gonna walk somebody down and knock 'em out you're getting him twisted with someone else
