You are aware aside from Vitali and Wlad, no other HW's are like them? Sure, Ademek got his butt kicked by Vitali, but so did Arreola, whom Adamek clearly beat. And Haye looked like he doesn't belong either, the way he stunk the joint vs. Wlad. Consistency my friend. :deal

But the most odd part is, you are asking about a round robin with those guys. WHo the best is. How they looked vs. The K bros is irrelevent in that context. Just my two cents.

I bet it was really exciting for the Vitali fans :conf

But he was always coming forward and never stopped trying. Hell, that fight was definitely more interesting than the Wlad/Haye or Vitali/Johnson ones.

I wasn't judging Adamek on the Vitali fight. I was judging him on the Arreola fight. I realize he won but....I agree with you about not judging other HWs against the K bros. Its pointless.

The division is hardly the deepest in boxing. Noone is saying Arreola ian ATG, least of all me. But he's fought at the highest level the division has to offer(and lost, yes I know) while so many of the prospects are protected(Povetkin) or unproven (Welliver, Helenius, Fury).

I can't agree I'm afraid. He was more often than not stepping backward when he wasn't stumbling backward.

Adamek wasn't 'always coming forward'. That was no Duran in there, no mistake.

I voted Arreola, because it's hard for me to call Haye and K.Johnson fighters. Haye ran from Klitschko like man runs from fire, and Johnson doesn't even throw any punches.

Well he lost to Adamek who isnt even legitimate heavyweight, Haye would beat him no doubt about it...

I suppose Haye takes this pretty easily. The other 2 have really done **** all in the sport. They don't even have one top 20 win between them.

    Protected? Only from the K2.

Potvetkin has fought and beat Chag, Firtha, Oruh, Mora, Nolan,Estrada Sykes Chambers and Byrd and Donald. Most all top 100 HWs. Not a bad list for a 22 fight pro. All B and Cclass....not a can to be seen. While I was the first to call Sasha a chicken for not fighting Wlad, I gotta get his back when you call him protected.

Welliver is only unproven b/c no one will fight this newly rededicated, 60lb lighter, stronger than ever iron chinned mutha. I'd favor him over Arreola and Johnson, but Haye could prolly potshot and survive to a decision.

And Helenius has systematically destroyed 3 former world champs, mashed Boystovs best win Bydenko, and destroyed Scotty Gammer and Attila Levin. All within his first 16 fights. Unproven...........? Not IMHO.

Haye by a long way - better skills/power/speed/heart/resume than both the other fighters.

Also put in a better performance against a klit - which is not saying much since all 3 were poor. Just Johnson did nothing at all and Arreloa is a poor excuse for a top HW.

Add to that, Helenius willingness to fight....I've heard Rahman and McCall are next on his wish list. It looks to me he wants to systematically hunt down and destroy former world champs. If I was Potvetkin, Briggs, Toney, Chagaev, and Haye...... I'd watch my back......The Nordic Nightmare has you in his sights.

Yea my bad right there. But apart from that line, you also disagree with the rest of the post? My basic point was that in that fight you rarely got the feeling that Adamek wasn't trying, unlike the Haye fight with Wlad. They both were outmatched for sure, but what I am talking about is their approach of the fight. It's not in Adamek's mentality to run around the ring for 12 rounds.
