true, the fights with charles weren't necessarily indicative of his weaknesses. I just see frazier coming in and tearing him up with hooks; it would be a war. But joe was troubled by superior speed and superior size; rocky has neither. In a head on collision, I see frazier coming out on top

Dempsey may be the most skilled HW of them all, far from a wild fighter. Against Willard, yes, but due to the fact that it was a suitable gameplan against the giant farmer.

Frazier's bobbing and weaving looked pretty and was nice in avoiding straight shots, but it resulted in him getting dropped like a bad habit against George. I don't think the same would happen to Marciano.

Three of my favorite fighters and I can see it going either way.Dempsey being a fast starter has the chance to take a slow starting Frazier out early. If goes into the later rds I would lean toward Frazier by decision. With Marciano I would favor the Rock but once again I feel on any given they could beat eachother. All great champions with exciting rugged styles.

Thats the main thing ,dempsey was an uncontrloble animal ,he would attack and dismimber the both of them ,but as much heart as rockys got ,or had he would have made it a real fight

He was a very skilled fighter, but he fought very wildly in that fight. Although, yes it was effective for him.

I don't think any other game plan, aside from trying to avoid George and hope he tired, would have worked for Frazier. I don't think it's the bob and weave that did him in. It was trying to go head to head with a force of nature.
