Going through his record, win or loss who is the best fighter khan has fought? I ask because people say he has lost to the best he fought, would you agree with this?

Prescott isn't the best he has fought.

Career wise it'd be Barrera but the version of Barrera that Khan fought bore no resemblance to prime Barrera and therefore should be totally discounted.

I'd probably have to go with Garcia. A boxer who was in his prime or just moving into his prime when Khan faced him. Judah was a shadow of his former self and i don't rate Peterson all that highly. I suppose the case could be made for Miadana but he's a bit of a crude banger. Yeah i'll go with Garcia.

EDIT - Problem for Khan is that the best he's fought aren't necessarily the best at his weight. So if you've got designs on being elite you can't really console yourself with the fact that you lost to the best you fought if the best you fought aren't the best around.

    id say Danny Garcia myself.

Maidana has a name as a big banger, but his cardio is no better than an 80 year old man with emphizema.

I'd say the fighter who had the highest level of ability at the time Khan fought him was probably Garcia, followed by Maidana.

    Barrera was completely done.

But yeah, in all seriousness, it'll probably be Garcia when it's all said and done. Which is a shame, because if Khan was on top of his game, Garcia would have been someone he'd have beaten to a UD and a nice name to have on his resume. Instead, his foolishness went and got his prime -- or whatever was left of it after Peterson -- beaten out of him. Saying that, I would then put a juiced-up Petertson at number 2 after Garcia. I think that Peterson may have been better than Maidana.

I'd say Peterson is his best opponent.

Peterson is his best overall opponent and the decision should be changed to a no contest.

Best win probably Maidana. Lets not forget how highly regarded Maidana was in the division at the time. I for one never thought Khan would fight him let alone beat him.

Its all about styles for me, Kotelnik is a great win but everyone fancied Khan to beat him and the same goes for Judah.

Maidana was the hard punching threat he hadn't fought since he faced prescott, maidana had the power to hurt Khan and he did but Khan deserved his victory which i believe was mostly down to conditioning from Ariza (and the bodyshot in the 1st round, a beauty).

Maidana is his best win, his best opponent is either Garcia or Pederson and i'll go with Garcia.

Khan was never going to lose against Feather fisted Paulie, if Khan fought guys with the lack of power Paulie has he would never lose.

Great performance it was, but its a style he will always look great against.

    Garcia

It was funny how some ppl considered him to be a "bum" before the fight and had a go at me when I made a thread that Garcia could beat Khan
