id say in terms of where they were when khan fought them , kotelnik by a distance ... peterson was coming off a draw vs ortiz having been dropped and losing every round against bradley , kotelnik was a world champ , who went on to school devon alexander and get robbed might i add ... and im no amir khan fan , but he beat kotelnik better than anyone before or after. kotelnik also beat maidana in a close points deicsion ... khan fought barerra at 135 , a weight mab never even won a world title lol ... and danny garcia squeaked by ashley theopane and old morales , garcia was 4/1 to beat khan ! cha ching lol
