Apart from Mr Nobbs all the other nominies for best trainer have started with decent boxers, Arnie , Joe Gallagher, Rob Mac, Oliver Harrison, etc, the making of a good coach/trainer is training an average fighter into a champion, can you see any of the above doing that???? They tend to be picky who they train for good reasons some of them, and its no good nominating your trainer when he's the only pro trainer you've worked with

Joe Murray John Murray were 2 unboxed kids that gallagher has had from start so he has done wat Bendan , Enzo has done took kids from scratch to having great am carrers and so far decent pro careers he started with them and others have joined , so to say gallagher started with decent he has now but way back then no one knew wat would happen , he also is not a promoters trainer as Farnell , Tibbs and Mckracken are.

Shaymus, if you are refering to Arnie let me help you put the record straight, the only fighter gifted to Arnie was Frankie Gavin, the rest of his fighters heard about Arnie's training methods and decided to join his stable of their own accord, if Arnie is'nt as good as people are saying surely the likes of Bellew, Gavin,Heffron, Hall and Bell would have left him a long time ago, do you honestly believe Frank Warren would put one of his prized assets with Arnie if he thought he is not one of the best trainers in the country. :good

He has only been a trainer 5 minutes, if any of his top boxers lose or start preforming poor Mr Warren will have them move elswhere trust me and all his boxers are former amateur champions trained by more experienced coaches beforehand, time will tell how good he will become, a decent fighter he may have been but as a trainer he has a lot to learn, I have been a pro trainer for over ten years, before that I was an amateur coach witha top club, I have worked with many top trainers and I say to people I am still learning, when I was boxing I was learning the training side starting off as Army physical training and ABA coaching , I have worked with and trained quite a few amateur and pro champions and I don't consider myself as anywhere near the best, let Arnie learn his trade before proclaiming him the best, and I say that as a friend of his as I have known him a few years.

Good group will all be good domestic fighters im sure but not one will hold a world title other than maybe ureself when u had the WBU.

If your guy gets you all domestic level(with exceptions to Paul Smith who hasnt proven himself at that level yet, but im puttin money on him so hopefully you will have a British Champion there) then he deffo deserves a shout but there isnt any atm
