kmac you clown, go look in your thread about Calzaghe, you've been comprehensively schooled by two posters on the subject. It's not Joe's fault that Hopkins turned down huge offers to fight Joe in America.
hopkins fought joe in america but there were 12,000 welshmen there. it was like being at home. you make it sound like they never fought. no one in the US cares much to see joe fight. look at the numbers. btw, you might want to look at the poll numbers on this one.
You should have made the votes public, then we would be able to see which idiots voted for Calzaghe. Anybody who says Calzaghe needs to banned from talking boxing
:roflatsch So now fighting in America is like being at home to Calzaghe from Wales!! So Joe fights in Wales, he's at home, he fights in England and he's at home, he fights in America and he's at home I can see Mayweather clearly ahead, in fact I voted for Mayweather in the poll, and in my first post on the thread I credited Mayweather as the greater fighter you clown atsch
Why doesn't it compare? One was a fight between between unbeaten's the other wasn't. One fight was a good show of boxing, the other was the outclassing of a champion who had every advantage and was rated higher than the challenger. One fight the challenger literally destroyed the champion who was bigger, longer reach and more fight experience..the other fight the champion struggled early on and went on to win. As boxing goes one fight was great, the other fight was alright. They don't compare. I can also add that one fight the challenger put a stop to the champion in the championship rounds. The other fight the champion couldn't put away the challenger.
