Floyd Sr, Roger, or Jeff? IMO it's a tie, Floyd Sr has the better pedigree but he is known to cause friction with his fighters. Roger isn't too disrespectful towards his boxers from what I heard, but I don't know if he can bring out the potential in a boxer like Floyd Sr does. Jeff don't know too much about him other than he turned Ibragimov into a saftey first boxer when he used to be aggressive.

You are the same guy that started raging about how Bute will give Williams a beating etc etc. Dear me. Who gives a ****?

I don't know the difference between Roger and Jeff. I thought they were the same person?

    Anyway. It goes like this:

    Roger and Jeff

    Floyd Senior down here somewhere.

Probably Roger, but neither Floyd Sr. or Roger are half as good as they think they are.

I think Floyd and Roger are two different types of coaches. I think I heard Floyd is the better defensive coach and roger is the better attacking coach. BUt in my opinion coaching is handling your boxers state, mentality.....not only technical ability. Cus D' Amato is prime example....with the way he handled Tyson Mentality and new what his boxer was thinking...if he was tired etc. So my vote goes to Roger. As he doesn't cause friction in camps and doesn't let his ego get in the way

To be honest the only real success each has had has been with one fighter being Floyed Jr.

I think both Roger and Floyed Sr are excellent trainers and can improve any C or D level fighter that is willing to learn and work hard.
