You a realist? You got rocks in your head boy! You're only 21 and dont know **** but you're telling me you're a realist and how you know best.

You dont like what I have to say? Then eat ****! :smoke

How much does a 21 year old know of Cuevas? See what I have do deal with? Some 21 year old punk kid who thinks he knows more than someone actually familiar with his career and was watching him live.

You don't even what Cuevas was made of. You have no feel for his type (and don't tell me you do. You're 21)

You fail to take into account the effects meted out in his fights which is something I don't do. And you do this because you've seen very little of him.

If this bit of information gets you upset and makes your panties wet then you should come into these discussions better informed. Like me :smoke

How stupid to think Cuevas is going to stand there and let himself get outboxed.

Did Cuevas in his prime EVER let another box at their leisure?

That's right, you werent around in his prime. How would you know?

I'll pit my jaw breaking, rib breaking, eye socket breaking welter in full confidence against your "stinger" any day. Your man would be lucky if he could still lift his arms by round 12. My man would go to work on him like a 147pound Marciano working the arms, ribs, head.

With the kind of power Pipino wielded, he didnt need style or finesse. Like Marciano, he relies on stamina and power to bruise and break down the other man with relentless pressure. Gavilan NEEDS finesse because he dont have a punch to begin with.

In short, my man has the heavy artillery that other men fear. Kid, he dont have none of that

Good. Then you can watch your "no defense, couldn't beat a HOFer if my life depended on it" puncher get outclassed by a mile.

No, he doesn't get recognized because he was a non-great who held a paper title, avoided a chance to unify against the real champ Palomino, and was badly crushed by the only two HOFers he fought (one of whom was well past his prime and above his best weight).

You mean the same way Julian Jackson, Keith Mullings, and Dana Rosenblatt removed all doubt of their superiority to Norris?

Oh, and WHERE ARE MY SCORECARDS????

I'm sorry. You're right, I'm stupid. I guess you also have a cure for Cancer, the equation required to break the credit crunch and the looks and charm to get Megan Fox into bed.

    You're a modern day Fonz.

    ****.

There's genuinely no point is there. He isn't going to show his obvious frustration at being a prized doughnut, so there's never going to be any joy for the people that use this board for debate.

Although his thoughts are always humorous. he says I'm too young to know yet he posts like a 12 year old.

"Bum" describes him well. If he had a championship belt like Cuevas we could call him champion. :smoke

i can remember cuevas in his prime and while he was an exiting fighter ,i could no way see him beating gavilan.a big banger versus a smoothboxer with a solid chin.
    gavilan wins.
i can't understand what makes andy price a bum either.he held a win over carlos palomino, one of the best left-hookers i've ever seen
