Perhaps unsurprisingly given their relative reaches, I think Haye was faster throwing a single straight right hand from long range, whilst Tyson was faster throwing hooks and uppercuts in combination at mid range.
Tyson. Haye’s hand speed was overrated. It was great for the right hand, but his speed on combos was not impressive. His combos were sloppy and not fluid.
