Not that he is the fastest but Ismael Laguna was faster of hand and foot in a P4P sense than some of the choices.

Ali. And not p4p, just the fastest, period. Watch his 1-2 combos against Patterson, you can hardly see his right hand until he's pulling it back.

the many shots taylor could get off in seconds was amazing to watch. p4p probably rjj. i personally think tyson is one of the fastest p4p as well.

 

I voted for Roy Jones because I'm thinking on an overall level and in proportion to him fighting at a high weightclass but in general I think Camacho had better handspeed than Roy.
