bilang = literaly "to count(verb)" or "number (noun)" isang= should be "isa" if you're trying to say "one" so i guess "Who's the Filipino number one?" but in Filipino, we don't have a literal translation for that. We usually say "numero uno", using the Spanish words. Or if we're being academic, say "nangunguna" (una being the rootword=one). But yeah, let's keep this kind of talk in the tambayan.
my Filipino aint so good, but y'all know what meant .... and would you believe it - Bobby Pacquiao > Manny Pacquiao :deal
