    31 wins 29 by knockout.
I don't like to mention Gerald McClellan because of the tragedy.

McClellan was a better boxer than he was a puncher, not saying he didn’t punch hard, I’m just saying his boxing was on very high level.

3G punches hard but it’s not even close to the Hawks one punch KO power.

Jackson has one punch lights out power, GGG'S power seems a little more Foreman like, very heavy.

He wasn't that good of a boxer at all.
If you made it the distance without going down too much, chances were you beat him on the cards. He didn't outbox his opponents, he outpowered them, usually by clearly outweighing them in the ring. He was the master of de- and rehydration back in the day.

Too much is made of raw punching power. For example, I wouldn't be surprised if a guy like Masileno Masoe hit harder than anyone else at 160 but his lack of speed and other flaws made it not so apparent.

For my money, it's GGG or Jackson for the most effectively powerful.

    Arthur Abraham.

GGG is a skilled boxer. Abraham, not so much. He's just a power puncher.

    I disagree slightly.
He was a puncher with good technical a d physical skills.
If not for the injury he was on his way to become a star.
