I think that's probably true but it's not the original question or at least not how I interpreted it. I was interpreting it as "p4p, which Asian boxer has the greatest resume/most accomplishments. The answer is Pacquiao and I don't think there's a compelling case for Harada or anyone else. Although Harada is second place and will most likely stay there. Inoue doesn't have the competition near him to close the gap but I could end up being wrong on that.
On what grounds is Wlad Asian? To me, Pacquiao is the first, Harada is the second. Inoue has a chance to be the first, and if I count him among the current ATG Asians - then he is the second.
Pacman or Israel Adesanya. Inoue has a chance but it doesn't look like he's going to get the legends on his record like Pacman got (as Pacman got to touch the tail end of the last true golden era of boxing).
