Its usually between Saldivar and Chavez but you're missing Zarate, Saldivar, Canto, Olivares and Arizmendi from your poll. All arguably greater than Barrera, Morales and Lopez.

Salvador Sanchez was clearly one of the most skilled fighters in boxing, ever. JCC was not too far behind in terms of skill, and he has an incredible resume for a modern fighter, he really put Mexican boxing in the spot light, and paved the way for many Mexican fighters including living legends like MAB, EM, and ODLH.

So as far as greatest, and bigger impact on boxing, it has to be JCC.
Most skilled Sal Sanchez, without a doubt.

My favorite was Morales- hands down.

I also enjoyed watching Michael Carbajal- when he was active- and several others mentioned here.

Being from Dallas I have been around Mexican fighters and fans all of my life- both make a great contribution to the sport.

chavez. show me a list of fighters he ducked while clearing the rings of taxi drivers... there just wasnt enough real fighters to keep the man busy. atg's, hof'ers, friends, foes, elites, scrubs... just park em in front of him and he got to work. show me the bum that put chavez on ***** street, or show me the badass that had chavez holding on for dear life. ggg would be chavez if he beat canelo, cleaned out jmw and mw, and then drew against ward and lost to kovalev.

Julia Caesar Chavez is under appreciated. The guy had unbelievable skill. Can't think of many others who could slip punches as well as him.
He had decent power, unbelievable stamina and a rock hard chin! Also very intelligent. You don't have a record like his without being a bit special.
    If he was American.....

JCC was so godly and so revered by his countrymen that they built a time machine and sent Primo Ramos back in time to KO Frankie ''The Surgeon'' Randall for snapping JCC's unbeaten run. That's how much the Mexican people loved and idolized JCC.

JJC repaid him by stopping Terrance Ali who was the only man to ever stop Ramos.

Going by boxing record JCC but Salvador Sanchez died before reaching his prime and many people believe he would have been greater than JCC.
