Maidana has a very awkward angle of approach on that big right hand. Huge punch. Damn, I though he had starched Ortiz in the first round when he put him down. That was massive!

    Both are more cumulative punchers.

No matter who he's fought, it is a bit insane. That last fight against Pitalua when he landed the punch that put him on ***** street. He was going back, and landed a short hook off the back foot.

It didn't even look that hard. That's what's entertaining about his fights, any punch can be a KO punch. I know he still has to prove his power as he steps up his competition, but it's impressive to me.

I've seen some comments by fighters he has sparred with and they said that his overall physical strength surprised them even more than his punching power!

With the Nevada rule change, he may have a very good chance to be on the Pac/Cotto card. That would be great.

I think I recall a fight where he hurt a guy and knocked him down with a jab to the body! Crazy!

Valero and Abraham are the biggest one punch hitters in boxing and they can get the job done with either hand which is a bonus. It's just too bad AA prefers to only throw a dozen powershots each round which makes for some boring fights whereas Valero comes out guns blazing every round.

That's pretty accurate right there. Maybe Abraham will throw a bit more of them at 168? Be interesting to see if it helps his stamina. It seemed apparent he was pacing himself in fights for awhile.

Cotto is not a one punch KO artist, he breaks opponents down with many shots. He's not the type to hurt someone seriously from a single clean shot.

wladimir klitschto based on the fact he knocked out everyone he faced flat i once hated him but he came a long way and he should be considered pound 4 pound seriously
