Both Naoya and Vasiliy went up in weight and challenged bigger, longer :naughty2:, heavier men. If the rumors are true, Naoya actually fought the bigger man than Vasiliy while being smaller.

Both champions were enjoying an extended win streak (Jamie at a decade and Jorge at 13 fights).

Linares is more skilled, but Naoya's victory was quick, but more impressively brutal and violent.

    Who you got, ninja turtles?

McDonnell best wins are over an overrated Tomoki Kameda, and they were both by a hair. The Ceja (by a hair) and Medina wins were decent. The Solis win was also controversial, at best a draw, at worst a loss. And I say this as a big fan of Jamie's.

Linares, has wins over Crollax2, Mitchell, Campbell, Gesta, Juarez, Arakawa and Gamaliel Diaz.

    Linares obviously.

I'm happy I could wreck your not so subtle anti-Loma agenda in one post.:D

    Linares is the better win.
Although I enjoy The Monster performance more.

This thread is a subtle attack on Loma, and your avatar is offensive to my existence

Anti-Loma? Nah. I love Loma. I would only root against him in a Pacquiao fight and it would hurt me to do so.

    :nono:

    Both victories have parallels.

For some deranged reason you view him as a threat to your boyfriend Pacquiao, I don't understand the reasoning either, maybe the fact that most posters think he could beat a prime Pac, or maybe in terms of ATGreatness, who the **** knows... but its clearly there. So I call BULL****.

Pacquiao's my favorite fighter of all time. Lomachenko is my favorite fighter at the moment followed by Inoue. Pacquiao and Lomachenko are possibly on a collision course. If that fight pops off, I would choose Pacquiao over Lomachenko. It's really as simple as me liking two fighters but one more than another. It's not rocket science. All of that garbage you spewed is just you being you — a sensitive and confrontational chick w/ terrible cramps.

Both performances very impressive, especially Inoue, but Linares is easily the better name and that makes the difference for me.

Linares has more talent in one of the hairs of his sideburns than McDonnell and every member of bloodline have combined. No shame in that as Linares has talent to burn.

Why would I have an anti-Loma agenda? I've repeatedly marveled at and given him credit for being brilliant.

The same reason I actively rooted against GGG on here, who I'm clearly a big fan of, when matches potential against Maravilla and Froch were brought up.

McDonnell doesn't even have a highlights vid on YT, Linares has many.

FTR, I have Inoue beating everyone from 118-160 with the exception of Loma.

Loma is clearly moving up so he doesn't have to be linked with Inoue...

Anyway, Linares is clearly the better win in terms of opponent but the manner of Inoue's win was ridiculous. Both really good wins from superb fighters.
