I’m in the minority in that I don’t see Holyfield defeating peak Tyson, & since I regard a prime Holmes-Tyson as pretty much exactly 50-50, I’d have to go as far back as prime Foreman.

Has the tools but neither the speed nor durability to survive.

I see Vladimir Klitschko as a scary matchup for Tyson. Mike would encounter similar disadvantages that plagued him against Lewis. With Vladimir's height, length and physical strength and that lamppole left jab, he could hurt Mike from outside and body him when he gets inside.

I give Wlad, Fury and Usyk 50/50 chances.

Liston, Ali, Foreman, Vitali, maybe Holy and - hard to say- Ike Ibeabuchi.

Wlad doesn't have a shot in Hell of beating the 88 Tyson. Doesn't have the chin, nor the mental toughness to pull it off.

Vitali has a better chance than Wlad, though i wouldn't favor either.

Lol @ Ike beating a prime Tyson. Ike lost to a prime Tua (i dont care what the judges said).

Ike was too slow and hittable to have any chance against the 80s Tyson.

I don't have that much belief in Wlad's chin, but Tyson never fought a man this big, with a great jab that troubled him historically and with punching power from another planet. Wlad could keep him at bay and maul him on the inside. Tyson can still win, that's why I put it as a 50/50.

perhaps a matter of style. Tua would also be uncomfortable for Tyson, but I think Jab Mike would make a difference.

Wlad could. I don't think it's likely because he basically has to avoid being hit by anything flush, but if he can do so, he's absolutely got all the tools.

If we are playing fantasy world, maybe a world where Usyk never bothers with cruiser, always fights at HW, and we get a prime Usyk vs Tyson?
