Anyone not saying ALi has no real understanding or knowledge of his career and the impact he had on the world. It is Ali , no question

I can't even believe the topic is open for discussion.
Muhammad Ali was at one point more recognizable than the beatles or elvis.

Muhammad Ali was bigger than boxing when boxing was at its biggest.

More global? Only in the Spanish-speaking world. Ali transcended nationality, race, & language. He protested the Vietnam War on principle & paid the price with years off his career. DLH will never have any sort of global political impact outside of singing about politics in a mariachi album.

You can't buy the global recognition and adulation Ali had. Besides, that's not charisma.

And I seriously think Oscar's reputation and popularity will take a hit due to GBP's business dealings. It's a dirty business and GBP isn't trying to clean it up. Some of that dirt ends up on his hands.

Tyson was an obnoxious sociopath, pretty much the exact opposite from charismatic. The answer to this thread is pretty obvious I'm not going to insult intelligence by spelling it out.

Ali is seen now in a favourable light, but the guy was a racist who humiliated his opponents and spoke horribly of them. Though he definitely did have his moments of charisma, there are so many instances of him being a despicable person....

True, he didnt give Frazier due credit after he beat him the first time which was disgraceful. He bullied him with words as well. I lost alot of respect for him over that.
