"Carles"?? Who are you trying to fool?

Carlos is Spanish and the English version is Charles, not Carles!

If you CARLOS pretend to be none-latino then at least do you homework better next time.

Mijares lost, got exposed and got KTFO.

Stop crying and live with it.

Good to see I don't need to even try to expose you, since you manage to expose yourself.

I don't think I have to explain myself to someone who obviously has racist-like problems/issues as he clearly hates Latinos for some reason unknown to me, or a guy who obviously doesn't like ESB yet for some odd reason continues to post in the friggin' forum. But I'll do it anyway, since you want me to.

Your well-thought post about the origin of my username couldn't be more FALSE. Guys who have been around just a few DAYS more than you have, already know I'm Greek, I was born and raised in Greece, I still live in Greece, and I have no connection to anything "latino" whatsoever. You could have just checked below my avatar to see it for yourself, before you made a fool of yourself with the above post.

Furthermore, as I have already explained in other threads when you didn't even exist on ESB, my username's origin is simple as this: My favourite european team is FC Barcelona, who happens to have a captain named Carles Puyol, who happens to be my favourite player. X is the first letter of my real surname and 7 is the gate of my greek favourite team's stadium (Olympiakos) where the most hardcore supporters go to watch the games.

As for the whole Mijares issue, I've never been a fan of his and don't give a damn if he continues to get KTFO for the rest of his life. But, unlike you, I have no problem acknowledging SKILLS when I see them, without bothering to think of a fighter's nationality. Your "knowledge" about Mijares was exposed in another thread anyway (next time I'll post a link for all to see), so stop bringing this up cause it simply isn't convenient for you.

    Cheers. :good

Freddie Roach said that James Toney was the most naturally gifted boxer he's ever worked with.

Toney has (well, at least had) amazing skills. What do you think is his biggest accomplishment Rafa? The Holyfield win must be one of his best performances, imo.

Toney has gone through alot of good competition over the years and made them look like amateurs. He's had alot of moments, tough call, C. Alot of people of this generation like the Jirov fight.

He was a middleweight embarassing heavyweights. He is skilled naturally. Even in his fatness he had stamina to go all 12. His Holyfield performance is second to none even if it was an old Holyfield.

    2 Things:

    1. I like latinos. Actually my GF is latina. However, I dislike anyone of any race or nationality who is as biased towards their own group as you are. Be it "mediterenean, Scandinavian, Commonwealth or whereever they feel a need to be biased towards.

    2. Mijares was exposed and embarrased. That is a fact. Live with it.

How did you come to the conclusion I'm biased towards Greek people? :huh Did I ever mention anything about Greek people??
That was the best you could come up with???

Oh, I know Mijares was embarrassed (this is how it is spelled btw). The sad thing is you didn't even know his name before the fight with Vic and I can prove it just by quoting you. Seems that you like being exposed to the ESB board I guess.

PS: Next post I'm embarrassing you just by quoting you in THIS THREAD ALONE.

Im actually a little suprised he is up there.

He was getting outboxed by Gonzalez and really did it tough against Guerrero. I thought Armando was clearly better on the outside earlier on.

Izzy has a big heart, a near unshakable will and is physically strong and a relatively big puncher for the weight.

But in a lot of ways he is pretty average, was before the Marquez fights and still is IMO.
Marquez was at home at bantem, when he moved up to 122 is was like when Wilfredo Gomez moved up to feather. He wasnt the monster he was, he didnt have the size advantages anymore. So IMO it puts those wins into perspective, as great and entertaining as they were. Izzy is getting put on a bit of a Gatti-esque pedastal.
