A lot of good names.. This is how I would have it..

    01. Juan Manuel Marquez - The best technician in boxing right now if you ask me..
    02. Bernard Hopkins - His last performance against Pavlik showed why he's one of the most skilled boxers.. Almost a toss up between him and JMM...
    03. Ivan Calderon - Superb defensive technician, but lacks some offensively which could be due to his size..

Honestly, couldn't have said it better. I agree 100%.
For me it's JMM at #1, and Bernard with Calderon tied at #2.

About Calderon, I've read in one of his interviews that the fact he isn't sitting down on his punches is because that would make him more vulnerable to punches and he doesn't like to get hit. As he stated, in his early fights he was far more aggressive, but once he got hit with some hard punches, he decided to focus on defense and strategy. That's why he evolved to the smart, elusive strategist that he is now.

Some underrate him because of his size, the not-so-popular division he fights in, and the fact that he lacks KO power (=excitement), but from what I've seen so far most people have him in their p4p top 10, meaning they acknowledge his amazing skills.
